成人每日 2 粒，随水送服。随餐服用能提升脂溶性成分的吸收。一瓶 60 粒为 30 天用量。妊娠期与哺乳期请勿服用。Two capsules daily with water, for adults. Taking it with a meal improves absorption of the fat-soluble actives. One bottle of 60 capsules is a 30-day supply.
