配送范围、运费与时效 Where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes

百吉目前配送中国香港与美国。结账时按收货国家或地区计算配送费，不把一个地区的规则套用到另一个地区。 Biogeek currently delivers to Hong Kong SAR, China and the United States. Shipping is calculated from the delivery destination at checkout, rather than applying one region’s rules to another.

一、配送范围1. Where we deliver

中国香港覆盖十八区，包括离岛区；香港地址无需填写邮政编码。美国地址须填写城市、州与邮政编码。 We cover all eighteen districts of Hong Kong, including the Islands District; Hong Kong addresses do not use a postal code. United States addresses require a city, state and ZIP code.

中国内地、澳门、台湾及其他国家和地区暂未开通。不同法域对膳食补充剂的进口规则不同，香港与美国已开放不代表其他目的地也已开放。 Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and other countries or regions are not open yet. Supplement import rules differ by jurisdiction, and availability in Hong Kong and the United States does not mean other destinations are available.

二、运费怎么算2. How shipping is charged

商品美元价按中国售价等值换算，不含配送费。香港订单每单另收 US$3.90 运费，美国订单每单另收 US$18.80 运费，均不按件数叠加；运费会在付款前作为独立费用行列出，不会揉进商品售价或事后追加。 US-dollar product prices mirror the China prices after currency conversion and exclude delivery. Hong Kong orders carry a separate US$3.90 per-order shipping charge, while United States orders carry a separate US$18.80 per-order shipping charge; neither is multiplied by item count. Shipping appears as its own line before payment rather than being hidden in the product price or added afterward.

全站以美元标价。港元与美元实行联系汇率，你的发卡行或钱包会按结算当日汇率折算成港币扣款，因此账单金额可能与页面金额有极小差异。 Prices are shown in US dollars. The Hong Kong dollar is pegged to the US dollar, and your card issuer or wallet converts at its own settlement-day rate, so the amount on your statement may differ very slightly from the amount shown here.

三、发货与送达3. Dispatch and delivery

香港订单付款成功后，我们在 1 个工作日内从香港仓发出，由本地快递送货上门，一般 1–2 个工作日送达。快递单号会发送到下单邮箱。 Hong Kong orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse within one business day after payment and typically arrive by local courier in one to two business days. We send the tracking number to the order email.

美国订单由香港发出，承运方式、追踪信息与预计送达时间会在订单邮件中提供。跨境运输或目的地查验可能影响时效。 United States orders dispatch from Hong Kong. The carrier, tracking details and estimated delivery date are provided by email. Cross-border transport or destination checks may affect timing.

工作日指周一至周五（公众假期除外）。快递派送需要联系电话，请填写可以接听的号码，避免因联系不上而派送失败。 Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Couriers need a contact number, so please provide one you can answer to avoid a failed delivery.

四、地址有误或无法送达4. Wrong address or failed delivery

订单发出前发现地址填错，请尽快邮件联系我们更正；已经发出的，需要等快递退回后重新安排，因地址填写错误产生的二次派送运费由下单人承担。 If you spot a mistake in your address before the parcel leaves us, email us as soon as possible and we will correct it. If it has already shipped, we have to wait for the courier to return it before rearranging, and the cost of the second delivery falls to you when the address was entered incorrectly.

包裹外箱破损、内容物短缺或与订单不符，请在签收后 48 小时内拍照发邮件给我们，我们承担全部处理成本，见退换货政策。 If the outer carton is damaged, items are missing, or the contents do not match your order, photograph it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover the full cost of putting it right — see our returns policy.
