三、订单如何成立3. How an order is formed

你提交订单是向我们发出购买要约。我们确认发货时，买卖合同才成立。在此之前，我们可以在下列情况下取消订单并全额退款： Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Before that point we may cancel and refund you in full if:

• 商品缺货或该批次未通过我们的放行检验the item is out of stock, or the batch has not passed our release testing
• 页面价格或规格出现明显错误the price or specification shown was obviously wrong
• 订单存在欺诈嫌疑，或收货地址不在我们的配送范围内the order looks fraudulent, or the address is outside the area we deliver to

配送范围与时效见配送政策，退换货条件见退换货政策，两者构成本条款的一部分。 Our shipping policy and returns policy set out delivery and return conditions, and both form part of these terms.

四、价格与付款4. Prices and payment

全站以美元标价。香港特别行政区不征收商品及服务税，页面价格即为你需支付的商品金额，运费另计并在结算前明示。 Prices are in US dollars. Hong Kong does not levy a goods and services tax, so the price shown is what you pay for the goods; shipping is added separately and shown before you submit.

付款由持牌支付机构处理。我们不接触、不接收、也不存储你的完整卡号、有效期或安全码。订单金额一律由我们的服务器按当时的价格表重新计算，页面上传来的金额不作数——这是为了防止有人在浏览器里改价。 Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider. We never see, receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. Order amounts are always recalculated on our server against the current price list; any amount sent from the browser is ignored, so that nobody can rewrite a price on their own screen.

我们可以随时调整价格与产品组合，但已确认发货的订单按下单时的价格执行。 We may change prices and the product range at any time, but orders already confirmed for dispatch are honoured at the price shown when you ordered.

五、你在本站的行为5. Using this site
